At the top of Spaceman's strategy rankings is the Martingale strategy. Because of its simplicity and effectiveness, it has become popular with a large number of crash gamblers.
The logic behind this strategy is that for every round you lose, you try to win back what you lost and then return to betting as before. The Martingale strategy is played like this:
- Place a bet on Spaceman (for example, $5 with a total balance of $100);
- Choose the multiplier at which you would like to take your winnings (for example, a multiplier between x2.00 and x4.00);
- If the player loses the round, you must double the bet (if it was $5, raise it to $10). Increase 2x after each losing round;
- If player wins, bet goes back to original amount.

In this simulation the player earned $25 for 10 rounds. As you can see from the table, the player was on the verge of failure in the 5th round. If he had lost, he would not have had enough money to double his bet. But he got lucky.
Advice for players:
Choose your initial bet and payout multiplier carefully. If it is too high, you will not be able to double it often in a series of unsuccessful rounds.
